1. The above offers are valid until November 30, 2007, and are applicable to new customer of HGC residential broadband service only. In order to enjoy above offer, customer is required to subscribe to the service within the aforesaid period, and completed the residential broadband service installation within 30 days from the date of Agreement signed
2. The above offers are only applicable to selected residential buildings only.
3. Customer will receive the redemption letter (if applicable) when his/her broadband service installation is completed. Customer has to redeem the premium in selected redemption center within specific period, otherwise the premium will be forfeited.
4. HGC makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the premium, and shall not be liable to customer or any third parties for any complaints and responsibility. Premium is served on first-come-first-served a basis. When the selected premium is out of stock, HGC reserves the right to have premium substitution without prior notice.
5. If customer terminates the service plan within the Contract Period, the customer agrees to pay to HGC liquidated damages of an amount equal to the aggregate of all monthly fees payable for the remaining term of the Contract Period and all waiver and benefits granted (if any) to the customer under the above offers.
6. The above offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions offered by HGC, and are not redeemable for cash.
7. For any other terms and conditions, please refer to HGC sales agreement.
8. The above offers are subject to HGC's General Terms and Conditions; HGC's Special Terms and Conditions for Fixed Network Services; HGC's Special Terms and Conditions for Residential Broadband Service.
9. HGC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Service plan without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of HGC shall be final and binding.
 
   3HK Handset Cash Coupon offer/ Free 2G airtime offer/ 3HK service fee cash back offer Terms and Conditions:  
 
1. 3HK Handset Cash Coupon entitles the bearer to make handset purchase at any 3Shop/3Corner in Hong Kong.
2. 3HK Handset Cash Coupon is applicable for 2G/3G standalone handset / handset subscription.
3. The Free 2G airtime offer only applicable to new subscribers/ Mobile Number Portability Service customer.
4. The registration name of Free 2G airtime and HGC broadband must be the same.
5. The Free 2G airtime offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions offered by 3HK.
6. 3HK $500/$300 service fee cash back only applicable to 3HK 2G/3G monthly service plan customer.
7. HGC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the above 3HK offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of HGC shall be final and binding.
 
  Related AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service Terms & Conditions :  
 
1. AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service will be activated once the Residential Broadband Service is successfully installed or renewed. If customer terminates or cancels the residential broadband service, the AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service will also be terminated at the same time.
2. Customer shall follow the disconnection procedures set by HGC and shall give 1 month's prior written notice or call to HGC customer service hotline 1222 for any cancellation or termination of the AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service. Otherwise, the service will be renewed on a monthly basis automatically.
3. The AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker service is subject to the service providerˇ¦s General Terms and Conditions;
 
  Related HGC efax Service Terms & Conditions  
 
1. HGC efax Basic Plan Service includes unlimited incoming faxes and first 25 pages of outgoing local faxes per month. Additional outgoing local fax over the first 25 pages will be charged at HK$0.3 per page. IDD usage charge will be charged in accordance with P09 tariff plan of IDD 0080 (copies of which is available upon request) for outgoing international fax service to fax numbers outside Hong Kong. The usage fee (if any) will be debited on customer's HGC monthly service statement, and all payments made are non-refundable.
2. Customer shall follow the disconnection procedures set by HGC and shall give 1 month's prior written notice or call to HGC customer service hotline 1222 for any cancellation or termination of the HGC efax Basic Plan service. Otherwise, the service will be renewed on a monthly basis automatically.
3. This offer is subject to HGC's General Terms and Conditions; HGC's Special Terms and Conditions for Fixed Network Services; HGC's Special Terms and Conditions for HGC Residential Broadband Phone Service.
4. HGC makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the HGC efax Service and any software downloaded by customer, and shall not be liable to customer or any third parties for any failures, malfunctions or non-performance of the same or otherwise in relation to the use of the same. HGC specifically disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title or non-infringement of third party rights.
5. In no event will HGC be liable to customer for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, general, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary, arising out of or in connection with the user or inability to use the HGC efax Service or any software downloaded by customer (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by customer or third parties or a failure of this software to operate with any other programs), whether foreseeable or not, including but not limited to any financial loss or loss of business, profit, savings, revenue, data, goodwill or use of any equipment.her programs), whether foreseeable or not, including but not limited to any financial loss or loss of business, profit, savings, revenue, data, goodwill or use of any equipment.
