​Return​ Broadband Equipment

Upon end of the service, customer shall be provided with a notification letter​ with the instruction for return of equipments and related accessories.  Deta​​ils as follow:

  • Return Device & Accessories via Hotline Arrangement

    Customer shall call our HGC Broadband Customer Hotline 1223​ within 14 days from the issue date of the notification letter of return on equipments to arrange for collection of the Broadband Modem and Power Adaptor.

  • Return Device & Accessories via Service Centre

    ​Customers shall bring along with our notification letter of return on equipments, and return the listed device and its accessories to the following Service Centre within 14 days from the issue date of the letter.

    Android TV Box Dedicated Service Plans
