Hutchison Global Communications provides Residential Broadband Service up to 10Mbps bandwidth. The bandwidth refers to the bandwidth from the customer premises to the nearest access equipment in building and is only available at selected estates and the bandwidth available to each estate will be varied according to the network coverage and different building infrastructure.
~ Monthly service fee waiver is applicable for 2nd, 6th & 12th month of Contract Period, Customer shall pay the standard monthly fee for the remaining terms of the contract.
# Calculation based on waived monthly service fee (worth $160); waived 12 months service fee for PC-cillin 2006 Anti-Virus Service, AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service & HGC efax service (worth $444); and 3D Digital Album (worth $939).
^ Monthly service fee waiver is applicable for the 2nd month of Contract Period, Customer shall pay the standard monthly fee for the remaining terms of the contract.
 
Terms & Conditions
1. The above offer is valid until July 26, 2006, and is applicable to new customer of HGC residential broadband servivce only. In order to enjoy above offer, customer is required to subscribe to the service within the aforesaid period, and completed the residential broadband service installation within 30 days from the date of this Agreement.
2. The above offer is only applicable to selected residential buildings only.
3. Customer will receive the redemption letter when his/her broadband service installation is completed. Customer has to redeem the premium in selected redemption center within specific period, otherwise the premium will be forfeited.
4. HGC makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the premium, and shall not be liable to customer or any third parties for any complaints and responsibility. Premium is served on first-come-first-serve basis. When the selected premium is out of stock, HGC reserves the right to have premium substitution without prior notice.
5. If customer terminates the service plan within the Contract Period, the customer agrees to pay to HGC liquidated damages of an amount equal to the aggregate of all monthly fees payable for the remaining term of the Contract Period and all waiver and benefits granted (if any) to the customer under this offer.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions offered by HGC, and is not redeemable for cash.
7. HGC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Service plan without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of HGC shall be final and binding.

1.

PC-cillin 2006 Anti-Virus Service, AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service & HGC efax Service will be activated once the Residential Broadband Service is successfully installed or renewed. If customer terminates or cancels the residential broadband service, the PC-cillin 2006 Anti-Virus Service, AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service & HGC efax Service will also be terminated at the same time.

HGC efax Basic Plan Service includes unlimited incoming faxes and first 25 pages of outgoing local faxes per month. Additional outgoing local fax over the first 25 pages will be charged at HK$0.3 per page. IDD usage charge (rounded up to the nearest 6 seconds) will be charged in accordance with P09 tariff plan of IDD 0080 (copies of which is available upon request) for outgoing international fax service to fax numbers outside Hong Kong. The usage fee (if any) will be debited on customer's HGC monthly service statement, and all payments made are non-refundable.

Customer shall follow the disconnection procedures set by HGC and shall give 1 month's prior written notice or call to HGC customer service hotline 1222 for any cancellation or termination of the PC-cillin 2006 Anti-Virus Service, AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service & HGC efax Basic Plan service. Otherwise, the service will be renewed on a monthly basis automatically.
4. This offer is subject to HGC's General Terms and Conditions; HGC's Special Terms and Conditions for Fixed Network Services; HGC's Special Terms and Conditions for HGC Residential Broadband Phone Service.
5. TrendMicro PC-cillin 2006 Anti-Virus Software and AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Secruity Software are not a product of HGC. HGC makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the PC-cillin 2006 Anti-Virus Service, AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service & HGC efax Service and any software downloaded by customer, and shall not be liable to customer or any third parties for any failures, malfunctions or non-performance of the same or otherwise in relation to the use of the same. HGC specifically disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title or non-infringement of third party rights.

In no event will HGC be liable to customer for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, general, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary, arising out of or in connection with the user or inability to use the PC-cillin 2006 Anti-Virus Service, AvailaSoft Anti-Hacker Security Service and HGC efax Service or any software downloaded by customer (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by customer or third parties or a failure of this software to operate with any other programs), whether foreseeable or not, including but not limited to any financial loss or loss of business, profit, savings, revenue, data, goodwill or use of any equipment.
