2000 Dial-up Setting Guide
1. Click the [Start] and [Setting], choose [Network and Dial-up
Connections]
2. Double click [Make New Connection]
3. Click [Next] in [Network Connection Wizard] to continue
4. Choose [Dial-up to the Internet] and click [Next]
5. Choose [I want to setup my Internet connection manually,
or I want to connect through a local area network {LAN}] and
click [Next]
6. Choose [I connect through a phone line and a modem] and
click [Next]
7. Type the dial-up no. in [Telephone number] (30089288 or
30089388) and cancel [Use area code and dialing rules]
8. Type your email address as user id (e.g.xxx@hgcbroadband.com)
and type your password, then click [Next]
9. In Connection name, type [hgcbroadband] and click [Next]
10. Choose [No] for the set up an Internet mail account
11. Click [Finish] to close the wizard
12. Double click [hgcbroadband] in [Network and Dial-up Connections].
Type your username and password to connect to Internet
