Upon end of the service, customer shall be provided with a notification letter​ with the instruction for return of equipments and related accessories. Deta​​ils as follow:

Return Device & Accessories

​Customers shall bring along with our notification letter of return on equipments, and return the listed device and its accessories to the following Service Centre within 14 days from the issue date of the letter. For assistance, please call our HGC Broadband Customer Services Hotline 1223.
