“e-Account” is an easy and simple way for you to manage various on-line services, such as: Access and manage eBills, where you can: - Check bills and payment history of the recent 6 months through the Internet - Manage bills of different products with one single login - Retrieve call details and call history such as IDD calls - Settle the payment - Update bill checking & delivering methods View, check or update Account and Service Profile through e-account anytime, anywhere Access to various on-line services with a single login name Please enter https://e-account.hgcbroadband... to register e-account service now.
To register e-Account, Please visit https://e-account.hgcbroadband... , click “register now”, follow the instructions and finish the registration process. If you are existing broadband customers, you may use your broadband email address and password to login the service.
After submit the application of credit card auto-pay, the earliest effective date will start from the next bill cycle. If request to pay the bill via bank account, you are required to submit “ Direct Debit Authorisation ” to the appointed bank in person and the application will be effective in around 4 to 6 weeks. Please click “ Credit Card Auto-pay ” or “ Bank Account Auto-pay ” to download the form.
Customers can apply for service restart (service terminated due to arrearage) via e-Account, with path as follows: log in to e-Account on [My bills and service items] and press [Reconnect service], then select the account number to be restarted and click to confirm. (if the customers have not registered e-Account, please register e-Account, which is simple and quick. Please go to https://e-account.hgcbroadband.com, click "Register now” and then enter the relevant data as directed to complete the registration steps. Existing home broadband customers can log in to this service by your home broadband email name and password.)
You can apply for/change the autopay via e-Account (credit card only), with path as follows: log in to e-Account, press [Apply/update autopay] on [My bills and service items], select the account number to be applied for/updated, enter new credit card data under the new payment mode and confirm. (if you have not registered e-Account, please register e-Account, which is simple and quick. Please go to https://e-account.hgcbroadband.com, click "Register now” and then enter the relevant data as directed to complete the registration steps. Existing home broadband customers can log in to this service by your home broadband email name and password.)
You can press the [Form download] in [Support] on the HGC homepage, click on “Customer service termination notice” and download, then fax to 1221 after filling in completely. (Remarks: in the form guide on the form download page, the filling template of the corresponding form is provided as an example)
