It indicates that you still have cash surplus in the account and it is not necessary to settle any payment.

You can check the IDD0080 usage recorded or not recorded by e-Account, with path as follows: log in e-Account, press [Bill and payment] on [My bills and service items], select the account number, click the usage query and enter the corresponding query date (if you have not registered e-Account, please register e-Account, which is simple and quick. Please go to https://e-account.hgcbroadband.com, click "Register now” and then enter the relevant data as directed to complete the registration steps. Existing home broadband customers can log in to this service by your home broadband email name and password.)
