備註：成功提交此登記表格後，客戶需要將以下證明文件副本電郵至sales8@hgc.com.hk或傳真至3160 0088或寄回新界荃灣郵政信箱 33 號環球全域電訊有限公司，以完成IDD 0080 30分鐘優惠計劃之申請：(1) 香港身份證之正面影印本；(2) 三個月内有效之住址證明影印本，包括水、電、煤、電話月結單（銷售買賣合約及信封面不視作有效住址證明文件）；及 (3) 如以信用卡自動轉賬支付費用，請同時提供信用卡之正面影印本。

Remarks: Upon successful submission of this registration form, customers are required to submit copies of the following supporting documents by email to sales8@hgc.com.hk or by fax 3160 0088 or by mail to P.O. Box 33, Tsuen Wan Post Office to complete the application of IDD 0080 30 Free Minutes Promotion Plan: (1) Copy of Hong Kong Identity Card；(2) Copy of any one of your latest 3 months' water, electricity, gas, or telephone bill (Sales contract, address printed on envelope or label are not considered as valid address proof document)；and (3) Copy of the front side of the credit card if the payment method is by credit card auto payment.

1. 只適用於尚未登記使用環球全域電訊有限公司任何IDD服務之流動電話號碼。
2. 不適用於環球全域電訊之現有客戶。
3. 上述優惠計劃有效期至2026年12月31日。此計劃之登記表格必須於2026年5月31日或之前遞交，否則有關優惠被視作無效。
4. 此優惠計劃不可與其他環球全域電訊之 IDD服務推廣優惠同時使用，客戶不得更改或轉換此計劃已登記之電話號碼。
5. 優惠計劃所提供之詳細內容及使用條件請向銷售員查詢。
6. 上述優惠須受有關條款及細則約束，環球全域電訊有限公司保留在毋須事先通知的情況下，隨時更改上述優惠及服務計劃之條款及細則的權利。如有任何爭議，將以環球全域電訊有限公司之最終決定為準。詳情請向銷售員查詢或瀏覽 https://www.hgcbroadband.com/tc/pages/terms-conditions。

1. The Plan is only applicable to designated mobile telephone number which has not registered any IDD services of HGC Global Communications Limited.
2. The Plan is not applicable to the existing customer of HGC Global Communications Limited.
3. The Plan is valid until 31 December 2026. The registration form for this plan must be submitted by 31 May 2026, otherwise the premium registration will be deemed invalid.
4. The above Plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers of IDD services of HGC Global Communications Limited. Customer is not allowed to alter or change the registered telephone number for the Plan.
5. For details and conditions of the offer and promotion plan, please enquire our sales representative.
6. The above offers shall be subject to the relevant terms & conditions. HGC Global Communications Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the above offers and service plans at any time without prior notice.
